Server Monitoring Response Time The time between your server going down and a reboot is crucial, that is why we monitor your server 24x7x365 in 5 minute intervals. If our monitoring system detects your server is down, we will notify your data center and request a reboot in approx. 15 minutes!

Server Management Response Time Statistically, most tickets are answered within 1 hour, and resolved within 3 hours. However, a resolution to a ticket all depends mostly on the complexity and urgency of it.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) All of our clients' information including but not limited to their contact information, login information and server data, is all kept secure and confidential within our company.
