when i'm sending / forwarding e-mail with a link I'm getting the following error as an e-mail reply.

SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
host k2smtpout-v01.prod.mesa1.secureserver.net [64.202.189.86]:
554 Message refused

I tried to disable the Spam Trapper in the WHM as well as the Spam assasin
but alas I'm still getting the same error .

any ideas

thanks in advance

JOgel.

Ok Thanks for the help so far
This Error Returned
I Logged into the server.
and in the exim log i have only the start time and the port it's listening to.

I contacted Godaddy.com 'cos it's a godaddy dedicated server and they mentioned I should check my relay server.
Any Idea where to go from here ?

TIA

Jogel

Go on, have a guess
This error:
SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
host k2smtpout-v01.prod.mesa1.secureserver.net [64.202.189.86]:
554 Message refused
Is coming from the remote server. It's the server at 64.202.189.86 that is refusing the email. Is 64.202.189.86 your server? If so, then there should be a line in exim_mainlog stating why it was refused. If not, then you'd have to ask whoever is responsible for 64.202.189.86 why they're refusing your email.

bump,

Still getting lots of these e-mails .
Chirpy ,
k2smtpout-v01.prod.mesa1.secureserver.net [64.202.189.86]
is Godaddy's "E-Mail" Relay Server.

Can I bypass that and make my server push email without godaddy's annoying filters ?

thanks in advance,

Jogel

I would guess that they're intercepting port 25 outbound traffic so there'd be no way round without bouncing email off another server on a different port. You'd have to ask Godaddy why they're bouncing your email.
