A fresh install with Percona instead of mysql?

I want to install a new cpanel on VPS but use Percona instead of mysql. Is this possible ?
How to do this from start on a server ? Is there any thing I need to be aware of ?

Hey there! At this time, this isn't an option as cPanel doesn't support Percona:

You could install that in addition to MySQL on the machine, but it would not integrate with any of the cPanel tools, and we can't say for sure if it would cause any conflicts with existing services on the machine.
