If it is installed from cPanel support and receiving invoices directly from cPanel, I guess it is not Pro version but shared CloudLinux Shared license or I am wrong?

At this time, that particular tool is not available through cPanel billing. You'll need to contact CloudLinux directly if you'd like to get that purchased and added to your system.
