ActiveSync - Android 13 / Pixel 7 Pro

Good day,
I have been following

but I keep getting "cannot connect to server"

I am on a Pixel 7 Pro - Android version: 13

I'm using the default of mail.mydomain.com and port 2091.
My Host I am using for this is on cPanel 110.0 (build 9)

They are telling me that the port is open and verified via Check server: Check host - online website monitoring

Has anyone else seen this issue?

Hey there! It sounds like you're on a Shared hosting environment. Have you ensured that the host has installed both the CCS and Z-push plugin on the machine? More details on that can be found here:

The Calendar and Contacts Server (CCS) allows your cPanel users to manage their CalDAV (calendar) and CardDAV (contacts) accounts from your cPanel & WHM server.

If those aren't in place, it simply won't work, even if the ports are open on the system.

I got told "Those plugins are installed on the cPanel server but Z-Push based ActiveSync tends to be iffy even when it works. Its recommended to use IMAP based polling."

Well that's not helpful. If the system isn't working properly, the provider would be able to submit a ticket to us directly to get those working. It sounds like they just aren't interested in looking into the issue on their end.
