Hello,
I have problem with correct configuration of cPanel. We use WHMCS + cPanel. On serwer we have 14 IP addresses, main ip was created in installation proces, rest was added later. In WHMCS we have server group and servers in this group (each additional IP is configured as different server).

When on website customer buy shared hosting all accounts end up on main ip, whmcs show that server1 20/20 100% server2 1/20, but in WHM accounts end up in main IP. Maybe I do something wrong... please help

We want to, limit amount of accounts per IP on server.

Sorry but WHMCS send to you, you send to them.
Problem is in cPanel, WHMCS works fine and create account, but cPanel somehow ignore on witch Ip this account should be and place it in main server IP, rest of IP on server are free no account in them.

Thats why I ask, I'm just stuck with this problem and unable to find solution.

Hello,

Regarding cPanel/WHM, the following thread includes manual workarounds available if you require multiple shared IPs:

Setting up cPanel accounts using multiple shared ips

Regarding WHMCS, is there a ticket number or thread URL you can provide us so we can determine which particular aspect of the cPanel/WHM software they are referring to?

Thanks!
