After Restart some websites not working properly

after restart my cloud instance its not working properly.

some of the sites working fine. some of the site not working

working site

/http://tamilvanigam.com
/http://cleanwater.co.in

not working site

/http://tamilheritage.org/

kindly help me to resolve the problem

yes no of my friend help to solve the problem he told me

It seems to be permission issue , Please ensure that you have nobody group permission to document root of these domains ( public_html )

but i dont how its happend?
after restart the folder permission is changed?

but he did`nt told me to solve the problem.
can anyone guide me how its solved the problem

Hello :)

Restarting a server should not change the permissions or ownership values on a directory. Is there a specific software application you are restarting? If so, the easiest way to determine if it's causing the issue is to check the ownership/permissions value directly before and directly after restarting it.

As for the actual error, please post the full error message from the Apache error log, or the "Error Log" option in cPanel.

Hi afteri am setting file permission nobody for public html folder it will working. is it any other solution to solve the problem

We will need more details to provide an accurate response. It's possible Apache is updating files that you modify or upload through the script to the "nobody" username. If this is the case, then it's likely the way your script is designed. Using suPHP may be one way to avoid this problem:
