AIM/ICQ Notifications in WHM?

Does anyone have this working in WHM? I am running the latest version of WHM which uses iContact.pm for sendicq and sendaim but I never seem to get any messages when a user creates an account or do anything else on the server. (Notify is at 3)
Someone help? :(
