We did the following steps:
- check DKIM - ok
- check SPF - ok
- check DMARC - ok
- check Reverse DNS PTR - ok
- check IP blacklist (Not blacklisted) - ok
- check @ mail-tester.com 10/10 - ok
- check @ mailgenius.com 98/100 - ok
- check server IP reputation @ talos, not so good (New IP):
- Send from all websites account emails to gmail, yahoo, outlook, etc and then marks this emails: "this is not spam". We did this to increase IP reputation, with no results.
- We were waiting 3 months, in case IP reputation increase - no results
- Apply static IP to two different account (in case IP is the problem) - no results
- Migrated an account back to old server - emails works fine goes in inbox. Transfer back to new server, going to spam folder
- Open ticket in WHM to check new Server Configuration - it' s ok
Now, 6+ months after migration, the problem still exists! Any idea?
