This appears to be the issue:

(error on line 27), but I'd get a support ticket open and I'm sure they will have you back up quickly.

you can have a look at line 27 as @ffeingol mentioned or try to rebuild the http config file:

/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/rebuildhttpdconf
