Is there a way to automatically activate the below cpanel features upon an automated cpanel creation via whmcs?

DKIM, SPF and SpamAssassin auto-delete spam

Thank you very much and Happy Holidays

Thank you for your response. I logged into my VPS and noticed "Enable SPF on domains for newly created accounts" and "Enable DKIM on domains for newly created accounts" are On and when new accounts get created I have to login to the customers cpanel account and manually enable them. CENTOS 6.3 i686 virtuozzo – host WHM 11.34.0 (build 11). Possibly because it's a VPS? I don't know. Thanks again.

On the New Account creation page, under the DNS section this: "Enable DKIM on this account" should be checked, after you enabled it in Tweak Settings. On account creation, if you visit that cPanel account as the user and go to Email Authentication page, you should see the DKIM is enabled.

Is that not the case for you?

Being a VPS should not matter here I don't think.

I use whmcs to create accounts, not WHM. I see it in WHM under account creation but I do not see it when I try to edit a package in WHM. If it were there (WHM/packages) it would work so I guess this would be a feature request? If so could you please move this post to the appropriate area?

thanks very much

Just got a reply from WHMCS tech support:

"This isn't something that WHMCS can do"

Oh well, thanks anyway

So even if you have that setting enabled in WHM, and it shows as checked in Create Account, when WHMCS creates the account it bypasses this setting, or does not see it at all. That's interesting I think.

WHMCS is putting up a new Feature Requests system, this might make a good request for them to look into.

Maybe I'm confused here. DKIM and SPF are enabled in WHM/tweak settings but I use WHMCS to create the account. WHMCS only sees the package that you entered in WHM/packages and creates the account based on your settings in the WHM/package configuration. There is no option in there when I go to edit a package in WHM to enable create account with DKIM and SPF. Would be nice if auto-delete spam was in that package creation area also. I hope I make sense, thank you for your reply.

That's correct. There is no option there on Edit Package. It must be set in Tweak Settings, or on Account Creation in advance it seems.

I'm not sure I'd want my Hosting Provider auto deleting anything, even spam though.
