AutoSSL certificate not renewed for some account

Hello,

I have WHM&cPanel version 108.0.14.


AutoSSL has expired for some of my users, not renewed.
Why is it not an automatic process on cPanel server?

Hey there! There are many reasons an SSL would not be automatically renewed, so we would need some additional details. Can you review the AutoSSL logs through WHM >> Manage AutoSSL under the "Logs" tab to see if that gives you more information on why those were not renewed?
