From your screenshots, it is suggesting that the DNS DCV (Domain Controlled Validation) is failing, and the DCV must pass before the AutoSSL certificate is issued. However, there is second portion of the DCV I do not see in your screenshot. When you view the AutoSSL log, I believe there should be some additional output. At this time, can you please provide me the full output of the AutoSSL log for this user? I am specifically looking to see the portion that states: Performing HTTP DCV
