Hello!
I am having trouble in the AutoSSL generation of my clients, where generation process is occurring but is in eternal search.

My system does the AutoSSL check daily, but the various emissions that does not occur, leaving the large queue and processes above processes without finishing.
They sit in a pending state waiting to be generated.

What error it presents is that it is in the queue and will do new check! But it always stays in it and doesn't do the renewal.
My doubt is! Shouldn't it give an error since certificate doesn't exist instead of trying to issue infinitely? These sites, the subdomains, are with IP to the server, however domain/site, the ip is pointed to another server. Possibly the emission error would be due to this external note?

I know that this may seem very immature on my part I am trying to understand the correct functioning of this AutoSSL but left me confused in this part, the courses I took at Cpanel univercidade did not clarify me this doubt. If you can help me in this matter thank you very much!
