I am on a NAT environment;

Here is some logs when trying to run autossl on one of my domains:

Since you are in a NAT environment, it's possible there could be an issue with the loopback settings. Can you check the details here to see if that is the issue? https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us...AT-on-this-IP-address-appears-to-be-defective

If that is the problem, you'd still need to reach out to your host to see if that is something they can resolve.
