Hello,

From past 3 months the Awstats of my domain is not updating properly.
That means Number of visits Unique visitors and Pages are not getting updated properly.

I have run below commands already:
/scripts/runweblogs user
/scripts/fixwebalizer
/scripts/runstatsonce

But still no luck. I already have an open Ticket # 6827555. Anybody can advice please?

Hello :)

Have you reviewed the Apache domlogs for the domain name in the /usr/local/apache/domlogs directory to verify new data is populated?

Note: It looks like our analysts are awaiting your root authentication details in the support ticket that you opened.

Thank you.

Hello I am having a similar situation on one of our cpanel servers. After a specific update to version (11.50.0.23) on 7/9 none of my users awstats are updating system wide. This issue was brought to my attention this past week by one user. since then I have confirmed from multiple accounts that nobody's stats have updated since the stats for 7/8.

I have ran
/scripts/runweblogs user

When I try running the webalizer for the user it just says logs are already being processed.
/scripts/fixwebalizer

I have tried kicking off "Process Statistics for User" from whm >> Statistics Software Configuration >> Process Statistics for User but this does not seem to help either.

also I have checked the dom logs for the user (/usr/local/apache/domlogs/username/) and it is populated with content. (also I verified that the file was last changed today.)

I have searched many threads for awstats issues and this appears to be the most recent.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Philip R.

**Update I forgot to mention that I have rebooted the server once since this was noticed in an effort to get things reset

Update on my status: The webalizer process must have finished, and taken a long time. Now that it has finished the Stats are updating again.
I'm happy to see the issue is now resolved. Thank you for updating us with the outcome.
