Bad file descriptor error when running AutoSSL

At the end of every AutoSSL run, we see the following error logged:

The system finished checking 340 users.
Emptying Let’s Encrypt’s DCV (Domain Control Validation) cache …
[1627840001] libunbound[3341577:0] error: cannot fcntl F_GETFL: Bad file descriptor
[1627840001] libunbound[3341577:0] error: cannot fcntl F_SETFL: Bad file descriptor

Any idea what's going on here and how to fix it?

Hey there! I'm not finding much for this exact error. If you're not seeing anything odd with the system in general in /var/log/messages I would recommend submitting a ticket to our team so we can check this out.

libunbound is an implementation of a DNS resolver, that does caching and DNSSEC validation. Mainly, These occur due to some sort of Network Problem. Bad File Descriptor problems arise due to LetsEncrypt requiring a higher number of file descriptors in some cases or /tmp Folder having wrong Permissions.
Can you share your OS Specs? or Maybe Open a Ticket with cPanel directly so that they may look into it.
