Best server for hosting provider

Hi,

We are a hosting provider and have aprox. 300 clients, but now we have a problem: the server need more resources.

I'm checking OVH servers, but i don't know how many RAM, Cores/Threads and which processor select.

Our clients use wordpress with normal traffic.

-You can tell me minimum resources that we will need for host 300 clients without problems?. You can recommend me good OVH server for this but isn't many expensive?.

-Is it preferable to host 300 clients on each server, or 200 clients per server?

Looking to build a new box to prioritize WordPress speed.
CPU/SSD size?
What are your thoughts if any.

Dual Xeon six core with HT (24 cores), 128 GB RAM, SSD disks in RAID

Do not use:
- ZFS as filesystem (use: ext3 or xfs)
- cheap and slow SATA disks

-24 cores? or 16c/32t?. Because OVH not have servers with 24 cores for less than $300

-What do you think is the best for host 300 users?:

All have: 128GB RAM DDR4 1866-2400 MHz

It could be common SSD, not NVMe... (will be cheaper, but stable enough)

both will be ok.

1- SO: CloudLinux last version
2- WHM/cPanel
3- Aprox. 300 users with WordPress, server need prioritize WordPress speed
4- Disk: 1920GB SSD
5- My question mainly lies in the processor and RAM

If you know good and fast server with this configuration can send me link, or tell me processor and RAM recommended.

I'm reviewing these processor options but I'm not sure:

For shared hosting it is preferable buy server with more cores/threads or more GHz?.

If it is preferable i can buy 2 servers for 200 users each one (with less resources).
