Can/Does cPanel automatically restrict email accounts?

I have an account where there are multiple email accounts that have been restricted and I have not made any such restrictions.

Can this happen automatically somehow?

Please advise.

In the Email Accounts list I have 25 out of 78 email account that show restricted.

! Cannot Login and ! Cannot Send Email



But I have never made these adjustments manually.
