Hi, anyone know of a safe way to run Cold Fusion on a Centos or any Linux based server?

The installation or use of Cold Fusion is not supported by cPanel. You are welcome to gather feedback from other customers who may have installed it, but it would likely require heavy customization for it to function properly.
