SOLVED Cannot create new account - error: DNS entry already exists - but can't find to delete it?

Hello!

I'm trying to create a new account on my WHM, it's the same domain and username of an account that used to exist but I deleted a months or so ago.

When trying to create the account I get the following error:

Account Creation Status: failed

(XID uzg424) A DNS entry for “{domain name}” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from this server or all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed.

However, if I list all accounts, it's not there. If I check the DNS zone manager, it's not there.

I'm stumped where to look for this DNS entry. Any help appreciated!
