Cannot create Webmail Session - Error

Why this might have happened:
- CORS is misconfigured on the server
- The server couldn't send a response
- No internet access
- Documentation issue - contact API owner
- Misconfigured security definition

My settings:

host: mydomain.com
port: 2096

Security basic:

username: brucelee
password: bruce'spassword

Parameters:

login: brucelee
locale: en
remote_addr: mydomain_IP address.[192.168.1.200]

I have email account [email protected]. My domain (mydomain.com) is hosted on a reseller package account. I want generate a Webmail Session so that I can use the session to send login information to have my user login to roundcube webmail. Where could I have gone wrong. I did a test on Create Webmail session where I got the above posted Error.

Please help.

I was entering parameters to a webform on https://api.docs.cpanel.net/openapi...peration/create_webmail_session_for_mail_user which is on API DOCS. Follow the given link and let me know where I could have gone wrong. The parameters I entered are in the Opening thread.

I did some testing on this, and I was not able to reproduce an error with that API call on my end. I would either need the exact steps you're taking to see that error, or you could submit a ticket to our support team so we could do additional testing on your machine.
