Can't Add Subdomains

Hello,

I have tried everything from last 2 days but I am not able to add subdomains.

1) "Domains" tab in "WHM Home » Server Configuration » Tweak Settings" and enable the following option:
"Allow users to park subdomains of the server’s hostname."

Doesn't works.

2) I checked if that account quota is full or not.

Doesn't works.

3) Tried adding subdomains on other accounts on same server.

Doesn't works.

4) Restarted services, server etc.

Doesn't works.

I checked the logs and here is what I am getting.
