Can't create a FTP Account?

I have the Demo Version of cPanel and tried to create a FTP Account but theres not a Sign for the FTP Account like for other users... Can i use the create FTP Account Feature or do i have to be a premium member? And if i can, where can i find this option?

It seems like your hosting provider has not enabled the "FTP Accounts" feature for your shared hosting account. Please contact your hosting provider for assistance with this issue.
