I have hosting through GoDaddy. Yes, I know I should probably transfer all of my stuff to a completely different hosting provider. I have had my domains registered and hosted with them for almost twenty years and with basically no issues, but today I moved them over on the same account to a new hosting plan in order to take advantage of AutoSSL so I can connect using HTTPS.

I have gotten it to work for the primary domain, but none of my hosted domains (configured as addons) return consistent results with AutoSSL.

I don't know how to access the AutoSSL logs and I can't connect to the WHM. Attempting to connect to the WHM through a browser just results in a timeout.

Any help is appreciated.

Hey there! It sounds like you don't have root access to the server if you're not able to reach WHM. If that is the case, I wouldn't be of much help, since the only things I can recommend involve root access to the system and checking specific logs. If you only have cPanel access to your account you would have to reach out to GoDaddy to have them check things on their end at the root level.

I can confirm that I would expect AutoSSL to issue certificates to all addon domains as long as the DNS is working properly for all the domains configured on the account.
