Can't Update Apache from WHM

When I try to run "Apache Update" from WHM, I get the page that allows me to select the appropriate options, then when I click "Start Build", it hangs for about a minute and then I get "page cannot be displayed".

How do I troubleshoot this? Are there logs somewhere of what it's doing?

Ya, sorry about that. ;-)

It's RHE4, cPanel 11.

I was able to do a build by using the easyapache script but it still doesn't seem to work right from WHM. The Apache error log didn't seem to have any information about this in it.
