The lack of urgency is troubling. Centos 6 is no longer supported and now centos 6 is blocking version 88 upgrade.
It's ridiculous to expect us to upgrade to centos 7 and then mere months later have to do another wholesale upgrade to centos 8..
This should be prioritized so we can move ONE TIME to centos 8 without having to make 2 major migrations and without having to pay for CloudLinux extortion.
At this point, each day centos 6 blocks an upgrade because we don't have a reasonable path forward, we're paying for a service we aren't getting full value out of.
You shouldn't both be charging full price for licenses and not supporting the latest operating systems which have been out for more than 9 months. Especially since the release previews were available to cpanel for months ahead of it's release.
Supporting new OS versions shouldn't come last, it shoul be a priority.
