Unfortunately, what you want is not possible. That is your account's home directory, not the root directory. The name of the home directory is always the same as the cPanel account user. There is no way to change this, and even if there was, you would not have access to do so as a Web site owner.

You can ask your host to create a new account with the desired username.
But they can just change his user name and his root name will be "/home/Usernam" changing /home it's not reasonable
Anyway why do you want to change it ?
That's a good question, Why?

The home directory is named for the cPanel account user. The host can change the account's username. That will change not only the name of the home directory but the username that is used to log into cPanel and FTP.

The home directory is not visible on the public Internet, so I am not sure why one would want to simply change its name.
