Hi, I need assistance here. I changed my primary domain on my hosting provider platform, but the primary domain reflecting on the cpanel is still the old one? Does it take time to update the primary domain showing on the cpanel or is it a bug?
Hey there! This question is probably better directed at the hosting provider, as we would not be aware of any link between their platform and the cPanel software. There very well could be, but it's not something that is included in the product by default.

Thanks for replying . My hosting provider already confirmed that the new domain is already reflecting as my primary domain, we also tried to reset the cpanel but the old domain is still showing on the cpanel itself.
Can you let me know specifically where inside the cPanel interface you are seeing the issue? That might let me know what you can check or what details you'd need to provide to your host.

That isn't actually a cPanel interface, so if there are issues there you'd have to speak with your hosting provider to have them check that as it looks like a custom interface of some sort.
