Hey there! Since the server is in rescue mode, there isn't much we can recommend on the cPanel side of things. It would be best to reach out to your hosting provider or datacenter since they would have physical access to the machine that is necessary to resolve this. They may also be able to get SSH working so you can work normally.

If that isn't an option, you'll need to manually adjust the networking configuration on the machine, but that isn't something I can guide you through here since that is controlled by the operating system and not cPanel.

Unfortunately I'm not able to do that. Even with cPanel up and running normally, we try not to interfere in the networking process too much. The network settings can also vary with each hosting provider, so they may have good instructions for you on their end since they likely have to configure many machines.

If your networking is not functioning at all (as in, you are using a console connection through the host to connect to SSH) you'll need to enable networking as outlined here:

Please be cautious, as those instructions are generic and may not apply to every situation.

If that doesn't work well, you can always reach out to a system administrator at System Administration Services for more assistance, as those admins advertise their familiarity with cPanel machines.
