Cloudmark blocking our IP - can't get delisted easily - way out?

Hi

My server IP has been blocked at Cloudmark and despite several requests, I am unable to get off their blacklist. Please suggest a way out of this.

If I get a new IP added to the server and move the domain most affected to this IP, then get all domains to send emails from their own IP, will this resolve the issue as of now?
