hi,
im using centos 7.9 and latest version of cpanel in this os and using jetbackup4 and jetbackup5 for test
jetbackup according to the attached image, there is an error,
and in errorlog:
No suitable servers found (`serverSelectionTryOnce` set): [connection refused calling ismaster on 'localhost:27217']
i checked every post in websites about it and nothing useful,
restart command also doesnt change anything
access files tmp, log and ... its correct
have space on the disk
several times delete all data from jetbackup and jetapps repo and install again,
csf its disabled completely,
and realized its all about mongodb not jetbackup
so anyone know anything what should i do?! :(

@mosenth - JetBackup is a third-party tool. You were offered two suggestions here that are typically related to the error you are seeing based on one screenshot. If those don't work, opening a ticket is the best thing to do.

We are happy to provide support for the software, but if we can't resolve the issue we can bump the issue directly to the JetBackup team. Sometimes a Forum isn't the best option to solve an issue, and you have been offered multiple support options.
