Hello,

I found out that it's not that WHM won't show all accounts:

All my accounts are in fact listed on that menu, but notice that I've highlighted an account. Now look what happens when I type in this name:

It won't find that account and will bring up something else entirely.

No big deal though, but I was just curious on what happened there.

Could you open a support ticket to report the backup restoration field search issue noted in your last response so we can take a closer look to see what's happening? You can post the ticket number here and I'll link this thread to it.

Hello,

To update, internal case CPANEL-25871 is open to address an issue where WHM >> Backup Restoration fails to list the user's name correctly when an additional destination is enabled with no local backups retained.

I'll monitor this case and update this thread with more information as it becomes available.
