I still have not upgraded, but know that I need to fairly soon to AlmaLinux. I believe I'll need to go back to the original Apache kernel 3.X rather than the 6.X I've been running, and turn off the additional repositories that I've activated, but how can I back up my system in case something goes wrong? I have additional hard drives...is there a command to back up everything in case I need to revert back, and can you share that command if my backup is /backup. Also, is there a command I can run to verify that I will have enough space on my backup drive before I try to back up?
You should consider reading the manual or if you have the money just get Jetbackup:

So I'm hoping for a non-C-panel way to do this...command line is best I think when the S$*# hits the fan. I suspect the last thing I would be able to get into would be C-panel.
