cPanel blocking RVSkins and Fantastico! ?

I have a quick question. I run a WHM / cpanel install on my server. I was wondering why the icons for Fantastico and RVSkins won't show up. Is it a setting WHM? Broken link?

Anybody?

Have you installed Fantastico and RVSkins? Those are third party products not included with cPanel/WHM.

They are both installed. It works if you click the link (there are words like Fantastico De Luxe but no picture)
