Cpanel - Errors with strange REFERERs

I need to understand this...

My Cpanel - Errors show a lot of those entries, but in those sites REFERER, there are no LINK ou URL to my website. Examples:
(xxx is my domain and Referer are real changing * by .)

This is Correct, because google has an URL:

Hey there! Do you have any allow or deny rules in the local .htaccess file for that account? Usually these errors indicate an access restriction on the domain itself.

Hi,

Yes, I have "require ip" for only 2 countries and for googlebot. That´s why they are all "client denied".
My website is secure and none of these IPs from eastern countries access my website.
But my question is, how do they reference my site if they don't have any LINKs on their sites?
Is there any QUERY parameter that simulates an "open(url)" ?
I also read something about Link-Ghost to increase Google position. Could this be the case?
98% of these REFEREs are Russian and Ukrainian, and my site will be no interest to them and is in a language they don't understand.

I don't have a good explanation for why those referers would be coming from those sites. They are ways to block referer spam as outlined here:
