Hey there! That's definitely odd. I would be tempted to just force a cPanel update on the server, or you could try /usr/local/cpanel/bin/rebuild_sprites to rebuild the images bundle.

You could also check the cPanel erorr log at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log to see if there are more details there.
