Hey there! There won't be anything you can do on the cPanel side of things to fix this issue. The best thing you can do would be to contact your hosting provider to let them know about this problem. If they aren't able to help, reaching out to Google directly would be the next best plan.

Before I redacted the IP address, I didn't see it listed on any of the major blacklists according to Email Blacklist Check - IP Blacklist Check - See if your server is blacklisted so it seems this problem is specific to Gmail.
