There should be the whole update log attached to that mail, it should give more info about the issue(s).

Have you tried to run update manually after that?

In the grand scheme of things, the ftpquotacheck script isn't that important, which is why we have that timeout specified - if it reaches the timeout, we can just move on.

Can you try running /scripts/ftpquotacheck manually to see if you get additional errors that can be investigated?

Since that is the case, can you try running the full "/scripts/upcp --force" to see if that update works well now? If so, it may have just been a one-time glitch.
