Make sure all partitions and inode are free enough to run all services running smoothly, If not an issue with storage then I would suggest submit a support ticket to cPanel using following URL => Submit Ticket

@Obitech - I do see one of our technicians has logged into your server just now, so we'll be replying to that ticket soon. It seems there is extreme load on the machine that is contributing to the outages you're experiencing, but we'll post more to the ticket once we have more details.
