Cron Jobs stop working after latest update of cpanel/whm

As the title says, my cron jobs stop working after cPanel/Whm updated to version 11.36.1.5, even if i put my cron job to run every minute it just dont run, i already deleted and created the cron job again and it dont run.....

One of my cron job is the WHMCS command: php -q /home/XXX/public_html/XXX/XXX/cron.php

If i run it on shell it work fine, so its cPanel problem

How can i fix it?

Is crond running?

Above is the first thing that need to check.

service crond status

If its dead or not running, restart it.

service crond restart

After that take a look at the following logs as well.

tail -f /var/log/cron
