Unfortunately, as I explained in your ticket (5577119), if you do not have backups of the files you deleted, they are gone forever.
There is no "Trash" in the cPanel File Manager. There is a "Trash" in the Legacy File Manager, but that only works if you delete files using the Legacy File Manager. It does not work the same way as the "Trash" or "Recycle Bin" on your desktop computer. If you deleted files using the File Manager, those files will not be in the "Trash" in the Legacy File Manager, because the File Manager and the Legacy File Manager are completely separate, and the "Trash" is a feature that is only in the Legacy File Manager.
I wish I had better news for you, but unless you have backups of the files somewhere, they are gone forever.
