DKIM 550 signature_incorrect

Hi support,


when i tried to send mail to particular domain mails are
bouncing below are the error for your reference

SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
host eee.com [1.1.1.1]: 550-DKIM:
encountered the following problem validating eee.com:
550 signature_incorrect

Kindly advice to fix the above error

Hello

Have you enabled the DKIM record for this account via cPanel? Also, does this domain name use name servers associated with the cPanel server, or does it use remote name servers? It's possible the DKIM record is not detected if you are using another server for DNS purposes.
