Hey there! Softaculous is a third-party tool, so it's not something we would be able to directly assist with. However, it seems like you are on an older version of Softaculous which is trying to use the outdated Paper Lantern theme, instead of our new Jupiter theme. I would update Softaculous and that should take care of the issue.
