WE have a spam filter that we use. We change the customers MX record to point to the spam filter. It seems someone has figured out a way around this. The customer in question is receiving a bunch of spam mail. when I look at the headers it is not going through the spam filter. Is there any way to stop this?
Need to add that customer have to opt into the spam filter service. So some customers mail goes directly to the webhost box.
