Easier way to manage emails for parked domains

I have over 100 domains parked on top of my main domain. And ALL of the emails go to the same Gmail address.

Instead of having 100 different SPF records, DMARC, etc, could I simply change all of the MX records to each of the parked domains to the main domain, and then just have SPM and DMARC on that main domain?

Hey hey! No, that wouldn't work. The MX record tells the mail servers where to send the message, but isn't related to the actual email addresses on the server.
