ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT after creating Cpanel on AWS Lightsail

Dear Cpanel Experts,

Thank you for reading this question. Today I created Cpanel on AWS Lightsail but I got ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT and it seems there is no way I can get into the Cpanel login page of my instance.

I have successfully installed Cpanel using SSH and in one of the screenshots on AWS Terminal, you can see Cpanel is set up.

I typed https://35.182.238.180:2087/ but it doesn't lead me to Cpanel login page. I have attached screenshots.

Hello! The timeout error you reported would most often occur when port 2087 is blocked in your server's firewall. Since you're using an AWS instance, please ensure that ports 2087 (WHM SSL), 2083 (cPanel SSL) and 2096 (Webmail SSL) are open in your server's local firewall, and also the external AWS firewall
