hello
i trying issue a certificate with plugin letsencrypt at cpanel
it show me below error:

There was a problem processing your request

• Error issuing certificate
• Failed to issue certificate
• Error connecting to service: acme: error fetching response: Get "https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/directory": context deadline exceeded (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers)

what is reason do you think?

Hey there! Can you let me know specifically where in the WHM interface you are seeing this message? I'm not familiar with that specific error.

With any type of timeout issue, does it change if you temporarily disable the server's firewall?

i see it when trying issue a certificate for a domain using this plugin: Let's Encrypt™ SSL

Did you try disabling the server's firewall to see if that changes the behavior?
