Exim conf or filter question

Hello, while sending emails on one of my domains, I would like to make sure that all emails sent through SMTP of that domain are forwarded to my centralized email account. So let's say my regular email address is ERICK.COM. My new domain is COOL.COM. I want all my emails from [email protected] to also be forwarded to [email protected].

I know I can do something like this for all incoming mail by using Cpanel "filters". But how can I do this for outbound email? Do I need to use ACL filter rules, or something in the config?
