Kindly, I have got this error while installing CPanel & WHM for the first time to my new VPS

HI,
Since the installed stopped in the middle and few packages left installed when run the installer again it detects the cpanel folder and packages already existing as a conflict.
So I would recommend going with an OS rebuild and proceed the install again, since its a fresh new server I assume.

Yes, rebuilt the VPS with fresh OS and then install the cPanel/WHM on it.
